  • How do I place an order on the website?
    You can either take our subscription based servcies, or book an appointment with one of our consultants. After making your choice of service. You can select an option and clicking on 'Buy Now' shall take you to the check out page. At the checkout, you can review and amend your order details. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, except internationally-issued debit cards and American Express. Crack Medicine Ltd. does not charge a transaction fee for processing credit or debit cards.
  • Can I pay via bank transfer?
    In certain circumstances we may accept payment via bank transfer. If you are unable to pay via any other means please contact us stating which product(s) you wish to purchase. Please note that when paying by bank transfer an additional £10 fee is applicable to cover banking charges. Please note we do not accept banker's drafts due to the charges we incur in processing the payment.
  • Why is my card payment not working or being declined?
    Please check the accuracy of the information that you have entered and retry through the website. If a transaction is declined, please contact the financial institution that issued your card. Sometimes banks may put extra security measures in place, which may result in declined transactions - you may need to contact your bank directly to resolve the issue. You can contact us if you are still unable to pay. If your card is from India, there could be a possiblity that the purchase isn't going through due to the RBI rules for overseas transaction. You can still choose to opt for payment via Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer. If there's issue with processing the payment, you can contact us via Whatsapp, which can be found under the support page.
  • Can I extend my subscription?
    If you have only just taken out your subscription and would like to extend it, please contact us to discuss your options. Depending on the extension length and subscription, there may be additional charges applicable.
  • Is my payment secure?
    Shopping at www.crackmedicine.com is safe and secure. We use internet standard encryption technology to protect your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer). To check that you are in a secure area of our site look at the bottom of your browser, or before the URL address to see a closed padlock or an unbroken key. You can tell whether a page is secure as 'https://' will display in front of www.crackmedicine.com in your browser address window. Please note that we do not store any card details after any transaction (successful or unsuccessful).
  • Why haven't I received an order confirmation via email?
    Start out by checking your email spam/junk folders. You can also check the email address that you've used to create the account. If there is an error in the email address, please contact us to fix it.
  • When do the subscription prices change?
    For subscriptions which are based around exam dates, we usually change the prices and add new subscriptions around a week before the exam date. Please note that this may vary from time to time. You can contact us to ask when a specific subscription is likely to be added / change in price.
  • Where do the online questions come from?
    Our online questions are written by a team of exam-specific editors, all of whom have passed the exam they're writing for. Questions are based on exam themes and publicly available past questions, as well as the exam curriculum / syllabus. All have been written specifically for Crack Medicine.
  • How do I extend my subscription to the next exam sitting?
    If you purchased your subscription, contact us. We can help extend your current subscription. If your request is more than one week after your purchase, you will need to purchase a new subscription once your current one expires.
  • My exam date isn't the same as the one advertised, can I extend it?"
    The majority of our subscriptions are based around UK exam dates. We understand that a number of our subscribers use our products for variants of these exams such as Irish, Australian or Hong Kong exam dates. Within reason we can extend subscriptions to match these exam dates. If this applies to you, please contact us to discuss this further.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Crack Medicine online subscription, let us know within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund your payment.   • Where is my refund?
    Refunds usually take up to 7 working days to show on your card statement and the payment has to return to the card that made the original payment. Please contact your card provider if your refund is not showing beyond this date.
  • What if I cancel my subscription within 14 days of purchasing?
    If you've abided by the rules stated in, 'Can I cancel my order', you will be refunded your money with 0% cancellation charges.
  • Zero tolerance policy
    Any form of aggression towards staff working for Crack Medicine is unacceptable. We therefore operate a zero tolerance policy across the organisation as a whole. A zero tolerance policy acknowledges that aggressive, abusive and threatening behaviour does not go with the job and will not be tolerated. Violence against staff is a crime and individuals behaving violently or aggressively towards staff may be reported to the police or to the GMC. This zero tolerance policy covers foul and abusive language sent into the organization by email. We will not respond to any such communication, regardless of the underlying content, and the author will be warned that should their behaviour be repeated, we will terminate their subscription, and the user will not be entitled to any form of refund or compensation.
